Can I pass the same work as a buyer that I take as a seller on fiverr?

Hi everyone. If i have loads of work on my gig then can i take the same service as a buyer from some other seller in my niche? Or is it against fiverr policy? Thanks in advance for reading☺️

Do you mean outsourcing your orders to other sellers? I'm not 100% sure if this violates any of the ToS or not. If you have more work than you can handle it may be better to extend your delivery time or raise your prices. If you're outsourcing work then you need to be able to manage the orders and the quality of the deliveries.

@leannelriversyes i mean outsourcing the orders to other sellers out there with same gig as mine. I just wanna know is it legal or against fiverr TOCs. Thank you so much for the response🙂

According to the Terms of Service:

Sellers agree to treat any information received from Buyers as highly sensitive, top secret and classified material. Without derogating from the generality of the above, Sellers specifically agree to (i) maintain all such information in strict confidence; (ii) not disclose the information to any third parties; (iii) not use the information for any purpose except for delivering the ordered work; and (vi) not to copy or reproduce any of the information without the Buyer’s permission.
