You will need some orders with good rating. Try to be more active in Fiverr.

I cannot paint my Gigs either - although, it seems you have had luck in painting your text here, so you are on your way! 😁

All jokes aside, I think you meant PROMOTE your Gigs. If your Gig is not performing at a certain level, then, yes, you will lose the option to PROMOTE it (or, in your world, PAINT it).
