Is it will be a problem to use another person's profile picture after ID verification?

Thanks for the help!

I am new at Fiverr, We have a team and we run only one account and one gig. We used my picture as a profile picture of Fiverr and Verified this account using my NID card and my picture. But now we want to use our other member picture as a user profile.

Is it will be any problem?

It is against Fiverr TOS.

The collection and processing of users' ID cards are required for the following purposes:

  • Improving trust in the marketplace and the quality of gigs offered on Fiverr.
  • Secure our service and prevent fraud.
  • Protects other users from fraud, for instance, in the cases of misleading sellers who are not who they claim to be.

You can change your "profile" pic to anything you like. It doesn't even have to be a picture of a person - it can be a logo or some other drawing if you want.

The only problem you may run into changing from one person's picture to another, is existing buyers who come back and pay attention may be confused by the change and who they may really be working with.

But, no, there is no rule against changing your profile pic.

It might be a problem, yes, because a profile should be authentic, and if one person't photo was used, and then another's, it might look dishonest.

You're using a logo now as a profile picture, and that's a good solution for a team. Or, if you want to change that, maybe use a photo of the whole team?

I think so too.  After this the buyer is confused.
