If you want to offer this service, you must study it very well since professional services are needed.  It is more than a tool to publicize your brand, your blog, your personal brand, and all its potential at a communication and advertising level

If you have to ask what it is, it is clear you are not adept or qualified to offer this service on Fiverr - IF - that was what you were intending to do.

Putting up a Gig in a category you have no idea about or how to accomplish the work is a good way to get cancellations, bad reviews and angry buyers who feel they were duped.

I suggest you may want to use a search engine on the internet to do more research about what a social media kit is and when you have learned what it is and what it takes to offer it, perhaps then come back and make a Gig about it - IF - that is why you are asking to begin with.
