Can a buyer use your work before the order is accepted

I'm done my client Audible ACX Audiobook formatting audio files and delivered it so how he is able to download these files and submitted it on ACX audible without accepting order? HOW HE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD AND USE THE FILES WITHOUT ACCEPTING ORDER?

Why do you want to let someone download a file without accepting order?

You can send a file normally in the conversation box or even a link to the file, but I wouldn't suggest doing that unless he makes an order. Why would you want to do free work?

You order is automatically accepted by Fiverr after 3 days, if you delivered you work through order page.

I think OP might not be asking how to let someone do that, but expressing their consternation about someone having been able to do that.

I've had a few cases where buyers asked something about the files I sent before they had accepted the delivery, which they could not have asked if they hadn't been able to download the files. I was somewhat surprised, too, and wondered whether it's a bug or a feature. They completed the orders though eventually, so I didn't bother with asking support.

Fiverr adds watermarks to graphics in the delivery so that the buyer can only download graphics with watermarks prior to accepting the order. but for audio, Unfortunately seems there is no audio watermark feature thus the buyer can download the original copy and use it before accepting the order. I don't know how ethical it is, but yes they can do so.
