order CANCELLED why this happened

Hello Sir,
Suddenly i just got 2 order CANCELLED why this happened i don't know. i didn't got any notice for cancelled why this happened after 80% work is done and cancelled order. this is cheating. please I've done work as per buyers instruction i didn't do anything wrong please check it. This is the tow order ID Number

Hi, I am sorry this happened to you but please remove the order number as those are confidential. Anyhow, I think a chargeback happened or the buyer contacted Customer Support to cancel the order. If you aren't able to see the profile of the buyer, likely a chargeback is what happened.

We, here on the Fiverr Forum are are not Customer Service. We do not have the power to check your orders or change the cancellation. You will need to contact customer support as @theratypist said. In addition to the contact info she gave you, you can email them at support@fiverr.com.

Have you actually delivered ? If so , delivered work should only be sent when it's 100% done ( if you used the delivery button )
