Inbox response rate and time dropping for no reason

I lost my level 1 status because my inbox response time dropped to 89%, I couldn't respond to a few conversations. And ever since then, I've been replying to anyone who messages, not leaving even a single message, and replying with seconds or minutes. But it keeps dropping. Last night, it was somewhere between 82% and my inbox response time was 1 hour. No one even messaged, and you can see I have replied to the recent chats, and it still dropped down to 78% and my inbox response time dropped to 15 hours. I have no idea what's happening or what I'm doing wrong. I would really appreciate any kind of explanation or remedy to this.

Same is happening with me 😞 MY Order response rate, Delivered on time, Order completion dropping for no reason. few days ago Order response rate was somewhere between 85% and my Delivery on time was 97%, Order completion was 98%.  No one even place an order since last 12 days and it still dropped down to 75% of Order response rate, Delivered on time to 95%, Order completion to 90%. I have no idea what's happening or what I'm doing wrong.

you responded 78 percent of the inquiries you received in the last 60 days. 60 days is the time period, that's why your rate is dropping down.

Replying within 24 hours is necessary for your response to be tracked.
