Some may take your advice and think that is all that needs to be done to get a TRS badge. The TRS badge is chosen by Fiverr staff, so, it can be hit or miss. Just depends on who is doing the choosing. GG The title is meant to encourage sellers and it's pretty obvious that these steps are the way to increase your chances of achieving the top and not some form of a guarantee that it will happen. Who would ever think that there is an automated system that awards you a TRS badge after completing a certain sequence of steps when these indicators are not even technically measurable? Reaching out to a buyer right after the order isn't against the rules as long as you're not seeking to gain any advantage or to upsell your services. For example, if client gets a huge package of different files, there's nothing wrong to make sure that he/she has managed find everything that had to be included in the delivery. Customers are coming and considering your services but it looks that they're failing to align their needs with your positioning. You're stuck in the stage of Action.
