Clean up my pc

What is the best software for me to clean up pc? Any advice?

I can’t post links here but do a Google search for Piriform - they’ve got 2 free bits of software you can use.

1. CCleaner will get rid of unwanted crap on your hard drive & clean your registry.
   
   
2. Defraggler will defragment your entire hard drive or you can select individual files - just don’t use it on an SSD

I use DiscDoctor from the app store on my Mac, an extremely efficient piece of software that cleans up in the matter or seconds, I’m not sure if theres an alternate version available for PC though (*)
