I am 100% sure that if an actual human reviewed the photos my ID would be accepted so I don't know what is the issue. I have contacted customer support and I am waiting for a response but meanwhile, this is hurting my business. EDIT: I have managed to pass the verification after customer service allowed me to try again on my 5th pass (!!!). Nevertheless, fiverr should fix this problem ASAP!
