ID Verification Disabled Account

Hello,
Today my account was disabled after the ID verification failed 3 times. I am 100% sure that if an actual human reviewed the photos my ID would be accepted so I don't know what is the issue. I have contacted customer support and I am waiting for a response but meanwhile, this is hurting my business.

EDIT: I have managed to pass the verification after customer service allowed me to try again on my 5th pass (!!!).

Nevertheless, fiverr should fix this problem ASAP! It is unacceptable closing the account because of their own fault.
