If the order is canceled, the order completion is down. It takes two months for it to return to normal. Of these, if the old buyer can complete more than one order, the order completion increases a bit. Suggestions for you: Stay online more and more. Send buyer requests every day.

Good Luck for You 😍

Hi Suladesign, welcome to the Fiverr Community! 🙂

Unfortunately order cancelations and late orders do take their toll on your gig's ranking. Here are some general tips to get your gig back on track.

  1. Use keywords in your gig description and title (don't overuse them)
  2. Include a video and good quality photos
  3. Link accounts, do Fiverr’s tests and courses to gain credibility
  4. Add multiple gigs for specific services e.g realestate video editing, YouTube video editing ect

Feel free to check out my gigs for examples of optimised gigs.

Hope it Helps!

There is no specific thing that you can do to make it back again. but for sure, as time goes on, it will come right back to the places where it was in the search results. Meantime you can do some tweaks on your gigs to make them more appealing to the search algorithm and make sure not to get more orders cancelled.
