Revision Request "pop-up" for Buyers.

Upon requesting a revision, is there anything reminding buyers that it's best practice to provide revision notes rather than using it just to keep the order open? I think it's mentioned in the terms of service but, c'mon, what buyer reads those? 

I have this happen quite often and the majority of the time the buyers get back to me quickly without me having to poke them with a stick. But once in a while, I'll get a revision request and not hear anything for days, not even "I just need to use the revision request while I wait for feedback."

Just a little message stating something like sellers can send the original work again if no revision notes are given within 48 hours would be helpful because I have no idea if dragged-out revisions anger the unseen performance Gods.
