mariashtelle1
Unfortunately you can’t remove it yourself from your samples. Buyers have an option to let it be displayed or not in your gig gallery.  you have 2 options now: 1. tell him to contact fiverr support to ask to remove it from your gig gallery 2. you can switch off and switch on your online portfolio feature, however it will remove all your samples that were displayed previously on your profile from other buyers.
wp_kid
Option 3 , You simply can reach out Fiverr Support, send  the buyer's user name & order number and request to remove that portfolio item.

helloscoopz
Tell the buyer that you're not in a position to remove it and ask them to reach customer support to get it removed if they really wanted to. It's their fault, since they have the option to make it to go to your portfolio or not so they can't blame you in any means.
