My gig not published

so im new to selling on fiverr. and i filled out everything as required including the w9 form for u.s. citizens but when i get to this page i click the blue publish button and then it turns grey and sits there for hours. i cancelled it once or twice to check if it published but it didnt. as im typing this its still sitting on that screen in a separate page.

Double check if all the info you placed has followed the requirements needed for a gig.
