I got two warning

1st for self-promotion through seller contract

2nd for spamming reported by someone

I have completed 4 orders getting a 5-star review with 3 and no review in one.

I think another one small mistook disable in the future when I'm at a seller level.

You are riding the knife's edge of potentially getting perma-banned off the platform and are openly contemplating starting from scratch to negate the effects of not reading and understanding Fiverr's Terms of Service and Community Standards policies.

The primary issue is not wanting to clean the slate (which is basically attempting to run away from what you've done wrong), but is seemingly in not knowing what is and isn't allowed on the platform and will likely result in warnings and bans on as many new accounts a ban dodger concocts.

Before creating a new id, You should confirm that You have deactivated the previous id.

You may want to read the TOS again.

Do not give advice here that is not only wrong, but will lead the new account to getting banned as well.

Maybe the OP should actually READ what he agreed to (the rules) when he signed up instead of continuing to trip over landmines.

Yes, if you make one more small mistake you could get banned from Fiverr! 😱

That is not true! 😳 Every warning stays on your record forever! 😱

With this "advice", it is hard to believe you have the badge you do on this forum. ugh

Do you even know the rules of this site? Do you know how it works? Much of your advice is wrong and it would appear you only chime in on every thread thinking you are building some sort of credibility here. Giving bad or wrong advice just to add your 2 cents is not how you build trust as a forum contributor, no matter what badge level you have attained.

What's the point of Fiverr implementing warnings if a seller can simply open a new account and start from scratch? What you should be focusing on is following the rules of the platform in order to avoid your third warning all together. Starting a new account is just another short-cut that'll likely backfire.
