ErrorId 203 : Ticket already used

I've had two consecutive days of ErrorId 203 : Ticket already used
and every time I refresh the page to find out what's going on, my exam count is reduced by one - yet I haven't done anything wrong yet. Now I have to wait for the exam in 3 months. This is too long a time interval, is there any chance to fix this problem? Can I get another chance to take the exam without having to wait 3 months?

I think it's the system that automatically schedules your next exam date so unless someone manually intervenes that really will be the next time you can take the exam. Perhaps Customer Support can look into it for you.

Ok simply change your gig title then you will be able to take the test. After publishing your gig online you can again change your gig title to the previous one if you want to.

I have the same problem, but I have never even taken the test. Is this only a problem for me?
