Gig disappears when I turn on the online seller filter in buyer mode

Whenever I turn on the online seller filter on buyer mode, my gig disappears both in the browser and mobile app. But when I turn it off, it shows up. How did I fixed it? I have tried in incognito mode, other devices, I even checked whether my online status was on or off…It was on all the time. It’s affecting my orders.
