Yes, you are correct. It is agains the Fiverr Forum guidelines to advertise on the Forum in the category, however @alimalik00 nmay change his post to the Improve My Gig category and post his gig and questions there.

Also, you have the option to flag his post and ask a mod to change the category as I have done. Or you can say to @alimalik00 that it is best if he uses the ✏️ to change the category of his post.
