That is terribly impractical as well as physically impossible.

To get a rating, either a buyer needs to make an order, or a seller has to send a custom offer that the buyer needs to accept. Both of those involves monetary transaction, you cannot bypass that. You cannot send a custom offer without entering the price which should be $5 at minimum.

Fiverr strongly recommends against doing work for free. Why are you placing yourself at such low value? Offering to do free work is just a glaring neon sign for scammers to come and exploit you. I recommend you go through the numerous threads warning against scam buyers, how to recognize them and how to avoid them, so you can understand more clearly about what I am trying to say.

The minimum price you can offer your gig is $5. You have to charge to have your order on the system. If you cancel the order, the review is gone. Also, Fiverr can consider your approach unethical, as “buying” the review, which can put your account at risk. Please note that abusing the cancellation system can lead to a warning.

Be patient and work hard. Freelancing is not a race. It takes time, persistence and a lot of learning and improvement. Focus on the quality of your services and your gigs. Orders will come eventually.

Price them in tiers according to the word count. For example, for your story writing gig, you can make three tiers like this- Basic: Word Count- 500, Price- $5, Standard: Word Count- 1500, Price- $15, Premium: 2500 words Price- $25
