Gigs promotion stop working

Hi members,
My promoted gigs stops working as i am level 2 seller and have 300+ reviews. I was unable to work because of serious health issue and took one month to recover. During those 30 days few of my orders were cancelled and some got late and fiverr stops my gigs promotion. As i have almost 98% 5 star reviews and on coming back i settled to manage my account back to same position but unfortunately gigs are d-ranked to 16/19 page and i have done everything like postmortem of gigs. My main gig has around 200+ reviews but very confused what to do to come back in the game again. Appreciate your expert opinion. Thanks
