Received level 1 badge but didnot get promoted gig option?

Recommended Posts

I believe Fiverr manually selects sellers for Promoted Gigs based on if they meet the stated criteria and the unstated quality metrics.

According to the Fiverr Help & Education Center:

“To ensure a quality ad experience for buyers, only sellers who meet all our quality metrics can participate in this program.”

As @imagination7413 said, being a level 1 does not mean you will get promoted gigs. Your gigs must qualify.

What Gigs can be promoted?

To ensure a quality ad experience for buyers, only sellers who meet all our quality metrics can participate in this program.

You are evaluated for Promoted Gig participation eligibility according to the following standards:

  • You are a Level 1, Level 2, or Top Rated seller.
  • Your Gig scores are 4.7 in the public rating.
  • Your Gig has at least 20 reviews.
  • You meet additional quality metrics.

I think the OP meets all of the measurable standards, but maybe they don’t meet the additional quality metrics.

Or like @imagination7413, they need to wait to get chosen since Promoted Gigs isn’t available to everyone.

I just lose my promoted gig section.

I don’t know why, but it said that my gig is unqualified.

I just wondering, where this promoted gig appear?

I mean it is explained that it appear on categories, search bar, but I tried to use search bar when looking for some service but couldn’t find something that indicate a promoted gig.

Or this is only can be viewed for buyer that didn’t sell on fiverr?

I do not think the promoted gigs are labeled as such on the search pages. The promoted gigs merely appear on the first page when a buyer searches for a service. However, that does not mean it appears every time in that position for every buyer. The search results change every time someone searches. Therefore, what you see will not be what I see even if we both search for the same service.
