How do I block a buyer?

So there is this buyer (who is a fiverr business client, in case that matters), that keep sending me messages, after several times I said I will not help him.

With buyers that already place an order, I can just go to their profile and click “block”, but I don’t have that option for new buyers. So is there a way I can stop this buyer from messaging me again?
