Response time Increase automatically

I got a knock from the buyer this morning. My response time goes from 2 hours to 1 hour due to quick reply. But now the response time has become 2 hours automatically. I do not understand why this problem.

what about the update where we now have to respond to new orders within a day, even if all info is sent and the gig delivery is 5 days?? Which is overkill and ridiculous and turns sellers into messagers, not workers.   Why do we need to babysit buyers who are impatient?

It's been a problem since the day it was implemented.  Too much and unnecessary.  Just more stress and anxiety for sellers 😞

Response time in no way affects sellers' accounts, so there's no need for stress or anxiety... 

Response time is greatly influenced by the amount of new messages a seller receives and the time zone their senders are in, which are things out of the seller's control. If you, for instance, have low amount of new incoming messages to reply to while you're awake and get messages from people who are, say, 8-hour difference from your time zone while you're asleep, your response time will increase, because you won't be able to compensate the time difference quickly enough. It might take you some days to lower it back.
