Can't see buyer requests and the gig has moved to last pages suddenly

Hi, I’m Shavin.

Recently my gig has moved to the very last pages from the first page even I was working fine. This is the 7th time that I faced this issue. And I could see a huge impression drop too. I’ve been maintaining all the ratings above 97%. I contacted fiver CS and they told me to use the buyer request section and share the gig on social media. But I can’t see the buyer requests too, but my friends can see. Now I feel like a new seller. Could anyone please help me by explaining the reason? Highly appreciate your effort on this.
