Promoted gig feature was unqualified and again I qualified after 45 days but after 1 day It was unqualified again

Hi,

I’m a level 2 seller and I have good ratings, cancellation rate, deliver on time and very good response rate. But two month ago my “Promoted gig feature was unqualified” and my gig suddenly disappeared from the first page and after it was on the last page. But after 45 days the Promoted gig was enabled again but after one day It was unqualified again. So now 24 days but still not enable it again. Anyone know about this situation please?

Did you qualified for one day? After you unqualified first time? And how many days now?
