That's not an unfair fee to get to work one-on-one with a Success Manager (and that's just one of the benefits you get). Or do you feel that your Success Manager should be expected to work for free instead of earning money and being able to feed their family?

That's what literally everyone is paying to be able to sell through Fiverr. Additional benefits come with additional costs.
