Do I need to start affiliate directly from Fiverr since I'm already affiliate via Rakuten?

I’m already an affiliate thru the Rakuten platform for Fiverr. Then, I’m a little confused about whether I need to sign up directly from the Fiverr platform or existing Rakuten is OK? Pls if somebody might clarify me! Thanks.
