Evaluation tomorrow and response rate decreases within a day

I sent buyer requests and they come to my inbox to message me, They are too many and I was unable to respond to all. This affected my response rate and my next evaluation is tomorrow. What shouldI do?

Do you mean that you’ve replied to a lot of BRs and they all messaged you (so you couldn’t keep up?) That’d be great although you do have to keep a close eye on your response rate then

However I’m not sure I interpreted it right (the first time I read your post I thought maybe you put up a BR (I’m assuming you wanted other sellers to do something for you?) If that’s the case and a bunch of people spammed you (so they are other sellers , not actual buyers) then you can probably mark those as spam.

In addition to the advice @katakatica gave you, it may be helpful to open a ticket with CS explaining the situation. They may restore your response rate.

Yeah, that happens sometimes - I often look for this or that that I can’t do for myself (I don’t do art, so yeah) and my inbox is always flooded. I always put sellers who message me directly into spam no matter what (I just think it’s silly to do it when we all know it’s not allowed!) Hope you can fix your rate (I always reply with a ‘hey, you’re spamming please stop’ and then report (just in case) but CS really might be able to help!
