Fiverr disable my account by mistake

I send a request to Fiverr that I don’t remember that which account I have in past on my number I want to deactivate that account, But Fiverr close my active account and say 2 accounts is not allowed.
But I said that I want to close un used account.
So, how to get my active account now please guide me I am in too much tention.

You can’t have two accounts. If you don’t remember “which account I have on my number”, and you want to deactivate one account while maintaining another, that means you had two accounts at the same time. Which means you got banned and won’t get either back.

Okay, firstly it is against the TOS to have two Fiverr accounts. Secondly, it is counter-productive to have made such request with CS! Anyway, we all learn, I hope you learn from this-always read the terms of service(TOS).
