Did you click the “Publish Gig” button?

Here is a guide on how to create a gig →

I suggest you review the steps again and the specs on any images, videos you uploaded if it matches the limitations set by Fiverr (from the link above). There are certain formats, file sizes and durations required.

If you see that the problem still persists, you can contact Customer Support → https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new

There are a lot of gig videos with the seller’s face on it.

Well, my video is 5 min, perhaps this reason?!

Actually, it automatically gets published as long as you followed the guidelines. In some cases, it may go under review but most of the time it automatically gets published.

Understood, thank you. Passed right now more than 5 minutes, normal?!

My gigs don’t have videos so I’m not sure what the normal duration would be, but anyhow that’s fine just give it some time. Anyway, once you publish your gig you can check its status as well here https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new/gig → “My gig doesn’t appear in search” → “Select Gig”

Best of luck! 🌞

It’s listed as draft yet, it’s weird since the video has less than 4 MB and less than 1:20.

Maybe adjust it again to be like 60 seconds at most to be sure. Then try publishing again.

Will wait until 16:10

If it’s listed as draft that means you didn’t publish it at all.

But the video is being showed as “processing…”

Ah okay, I don’t know it should have been completed by now considering 5 mins have passed then you could publish the gig. Because Fiverr only reviews (if needed) the video contents after its published. The processing you mean is more of the uploading of the file itself just like an image being uploaded. Probably re-upload I guess…

“Please choose a video no longer than 75 seconds and less than 50 MB. The allowed file formats are mp4 and AVI. The video must be in landscape mode.” – This criteria should be met and the video upload should be successful.

Less than 70 secs, just a few MBs and me talking about my services, still processing, but, who knows if now it will be ok?!

Is it in mp4 or avi? I suggest you reach out to Customer Support, they will be able to better assist you →

it’s mp4 the format and the video is good.
