Gigs not getting clicks or appear in Search Result

Hello Fellows, Its been more then a year I didn’t even get a single order or received a single query in a two or three months once. I am not sure why is this happening, I am level 2 seller with 100% Completion Badges. Also I have promoted option enabled but the gigs are unqualified. Is there any expert who can help me to promote or help me to qualify my gig for promotion.
