Third party browser extensions

Hello, I have come around some Fiverr-based third-party browser extensions that offer some useful features like buyer requests notification or auto-reply, etc. My question is that how safe/ smart it would be to use these on regular basis? Is there any guideline/ restrictions from Fiverr on this topic?
