Buyer wants to get free data by tricks

I discuss all before the order I have data of business not induvial. Also I sent a sample.
The buyer agreed to buy such data. After deliver the data. He is not accepting.
no reason but he had taken a big data and want it free.

Same happened to me. A buyer asked me many questions, I told him what he asked and gave information. But finally he didn’t give me order.
