Some buyer message directly gone to spam folder!

Hello fiverr fam!
Today i was just going through my inbox and some buyer’s message gone directly to the spam folder. I had sent him an offer through buyer request earlier. Why this has happened. And now when i opened the message and contact him, my response rate was decreased to 89%. Why it is happening like this! Please help!!
