Maybe ask for an extension, but as you have mentioned the buyer may not be online.

I’d deliver (running late is worse!) Honestly, if they want anything changed, they can ask for a revision - it’s much safer to deliver full files through the delivery page. I always explain that they have x (usually one) revisions and to tell me if they’d like to change anything when delivering.
