First of all, you need to have patience.
spend a good time in fiverr. here most of the buyers is coming for their short term and immediate project. so they search for online sellers to place order. they can find you by filtering when you’re online.
Send buyer request. in buyer request first read the job well and write a proper description about that job.(discussion should be relevant to the job) so that buyer realize you understand the job properly.
share your gig to the social media with the narration of your service.
