About connecting to PayPal account

Hello. Im getting a error when I trying to connect with paypal account for withdrawal. Its says
The action failed to authenticate . Please try again. If the error persists, contact customer support here.

I just got the proceed email after the sms verification but when I click on continue link on that email im getting that error.

Please anyone know about this error?
