Fiverr Account Suspension

Hi guys !
Recently, my family member’s account suspended due to having more than one account. Actually, me and my family member using the same devices, same internet connection from last year. But, on 26th May, Fiverr suspended his account.

Can he use his email with new account? Can he use his Payoneer Id with new account? When the balance will be transfer to Payoneer? How much time it takes?

I would suggest your brother NOT make a new account. As long as the two of you follow the Fiverr guidelines (see following link), it’s possible that Fiverr might reactivate his account. Can my brother create new account on same IP not device? - #2 by vickiespencer
