Order is in awaiting response though its already accepted

I have delivered an order, the client has already accepted it and given 5* review also. But in the dashboard, it is in awaiting a response. Would anybody can explain why?

Is there a way for you to try and reply to it? It could be that there’s a message that you didn’t reply to at the order page (it’s happened to me as well with an older order, although I didn’t manage to reply to it!)

no, there is no message in order page. I checked.
