mal_moses Posted June 7, 2021 Posted June 7, 2021 Hi, so I’m a new seller, and I have 2 orders. The first I got through buyers’ requests and the second I got through a recommendation from the first buyer. But they are nowhere close to what my gig offers. I chose to do them because I need the reviews, but should I make a new gig that better fits the scope of what those two buyers asked for? Because they’ve mentioned wanting to do more work in the future.
uk1000 Posted June 7, 2021 Posted June 7, 2021 Yes I would. Though a gig should cover what is required in some way before the order is made really (and one of the things to review on is “service as described”). The offer can add more things but it still should be related enough. So yes I’d create a gig that’s a better fit for what you’ve been asked and will likely do more of in the future if the current one isn’t a good enough fit.
graphics_cave Posted June 7, 2021 Posted June 7, 2021 Yes! You should create another gig. If your service, gig and buyer’s orders don’t match. You should create another gig relevant to that service. This will be a great chance to get more orders.
