Order completion rate affected by one wrong buyer order

Hello. I am relatively new seller currently >10 orders and climbing up.

Today someone reached out and placed an order first but apparently it’s not what I do at all, so I explained that to the client and he cancelled the order. But then I notice that my order completion rate go t affected and the rate dropped even though I didn’t do anything wrong. Is this something I should be concerned about as a seller?

Yep, unfortunately, this this has happened many times on Fiverr. Buyers place orders without reading the gig description, and then you have to cancel the order.

I would suggest reaching out to CS in the future so that they can cancel the order without affecting your order completion rate!

As for now, I wouldn’t worry too much (unless your order completion rate in under 90%), because this cancellation will only affect your stats for 60 days.
