I am relatively new seller currently >10 orders and climbing up.Today someone reached out and placed an order first but apparently it’s not what I do at all, so I explained that to the client and he cancelled the order. But then I notice that my order completion rate go t affected and the rate dropped even though I didn’t do anything wrong. Buyers place orders without reading the gig description, and then you have to cancel the order.I would suggest reaching out to CS in the future so that they can cancel the order without affecting your order completion rate!As for now, I wouldn’t worry too much (unless your order completion rate in under 90%), because this cancellation will only affect your stats for 60 days. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
