How do I know how many In total buyer messages have been sent to my fiverr profile so far?

There’s probably no way to tell apart from clicking on each buyer name in the inbox and counting each message there (assuming none have been deleted). You could also count the ones that were sent to the spam folder or those in the archived folder if you wanted). You might get email notification of messages but if you’re online you might not get them then.
