Confusion in Payment from client

Hi, dear I sent a service offer to my client and I completed his work.
When I ask payment from him; he is saying send me payment request.
The work offer that I sent him on earlier stage, it is still showing in my sent item.
Kindly advice. How can I receive my payment.

Send the offer again in the inbox or let the buyer know where the existing one is in the inbox if it’s a few posts up. Don’t actually ask for payment (that might be one of the words that can get flagged).

If an order hasn’t been made don’t send completed work through the inbox. Especially if there’s no watermark. Normally you’re supposed to only start work once an order has been made. And the order should be delivered on the order page.
