My response rate down

last three day my response rate down 100 to 86. but am quickly reply buyer and complete the all orders before the deadline. my order completion rate 100% on time delivery rate 100% positive rating 5.0. any one can tel me how i can fix this problem.

Hi, Check the messages in spam and reply to them immediately. Your response rate will be back to 100 after some days.

Sometimes, Fiverr counts the response time of spam messages and it got down. I will suggest you to contact CS if you have any spam messages in your inbox. They will help you to sort out this issue. Otherwise, install the mobile app of fiverr and try to respond more quickly.
