Conversion rate below 0 for a few days

Hello!
I’m a new seller and have fortunately scored some orders as far as beginnings are concerned. But as every passing day, my conversion rate is falling, now since the gigs were performing well so the impressions are good, but conversion goes down proportionally. And lately it has been below 0 which is worrying me a bit.

Is there anything I need to do, as I am really making honest efforts to maintain my scores.
