nunadesign Posted June 3, 2021 Share Posted June 3, 2021 Hello friends, I hope you all are having a good dayBefore opening the topics, I searched a lot inside the Community to see if such a problem has occurred to anyone or not, But there was nothing and it seems that it only happened to me.So I am Level 2 and I have been working on Fiverr for about 10 months, I had no problems with taking out my money and everything was great.But 3 days ago I needed to withdraw my money from the Fiverr and I clicked on “Bank Transfer” as usual. And a square window opened, I clicked on “confirm withdrawal”.And again as usual, it said “$ 53.86 are on their way!” with a green tick.I refreshed the page and the “Withdrawal Initiated” which always showed to me was not displayed and I didn’t receive my money in my Payoneer accountAlso My Fiverr Wallet was not “0” either and I still had the $ 53 which remained in my account and nothing was sent to my Payoneer accountI tried again, and I did the same, it told me your money was withdrawn. I refreshed the page, but again I still had my $53.86 and nothing has changed at all, and I don’t know what is this big problem that happened to me.Some important points:1 - I contacted the support, they informed me that the problem was reported to the Fiverr Tech Team and we have to wait …2 - I updated all browsers and browser software3- I called Payoneer and found that the problem is not from their side4 - I used other browsers but still the problem was not solved.5 - I deleted the browser cache and cookies but No it did not work.I hope Fiverr helps me to solve this problem cause I am very worried. I have not seen any post in the community that has such a problem or even a problem similar to mine, which is why I’m worried.Have you ever had this experience? I’m really confused about this situation because today I made another new withdraw and that amount transferred to my payoneer. But previous fund missing.
