Didn't receive withdraw amount

hi,
i need some help with my issue. i make a withdrawal to my Payoneer account but Fiverr said it’s failed to send and please contact customer support. they deducted All withdrawal amount from my Fiverr balance. i contact Fiverr Customer Support about this issue. They said yes the amount is showing failed on our hand and you need to talk to Payoneer Customer Support help to get the amount. i addressed this issue to Payoneer CS, they checked all details and ask me to send the transaction ID of that amount to track this transaction. i have no ID because my withdrawal was failed and i didn’t get an email or iD of this. i talked to Fiverr CS again and now they are saying we don’t have any funds of you. you need to contact your Bank to resolve this issue.
