Decreasing order rate

Hey everyone,
Hope so you are all will be enjoying good health. Actually I’m facing a problem. I have canceled an order 3 days ago. At that time my order completion rate decreased to 80%. But now it is decreasing gradually day by day. Now it’s at 67%. Can anyone please assist me regarding to this problem? strong text

That usually happens after you face with a cancellation and Fiverr do usually take a check on Complete 90% of your orders, over the course of 60 days.

The Order Completion rate that is shown on your dashboard is the rate over the course of the past 60 days. So if you don’t complete an order then this will have an impact on the average over the next 60 days.
