A single missed msg does not equate to 0 percent response rate. Unless, theirs was the only message you received.

You have to be on top of your messages. Even if you miss by a few hours, message back and apologise for the delay.

I agree with you. Because if a buyer’s message is not done, the response rate will never be 0.
