To start with as a lawyer I would recommend to first read fiverr TOS.

Any freelancers and services are welcome on fiverr as long as they don’t break fiverr TOS.

And if you will get work or not will depend on you, your profile, your services, if they are in demand or not and how you will position yourself for your target audience.

Have you done any searches on Fiverr to see if the service you’re thinking of is already offered? Even if there are gigs, I’ll caution that it doesn’t guarantee it’s okay. You can look into services offered by people in your profession/industry. In the Fiverr search you can look into keywords like legal, lawyer, etc.

I would think as well, being a lawyer, you are only allowed to practice law where you have passed the bar in that state or country.

You may be breaking any code of ethics by offering legal services in jurisdictions you have no license or right to. That could get you into some hot water.

I suppose you could offer some sort of legal research - but, I would avoid giving any legal advice unless you are part of the bar or allowed to practice where the buyer is from. Fast way to lose your license.
